Hi everyone, this is Shardul Patil Thank you for checking out my website.I am MS biotechnology student at NEU I have completed my BSc in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Dundee U.K. I have a keen interest in R and D and I am currently focusing on getting opportunities in the field to deepen my understanding of the tools and techniques required. With an eventual goal of getting full time opportunities in R and D departments of biotech/ Pharma companies
Work Values:-
- Honesty:- Honesty is the most important value in any environment I truly believe in this and its is a non-negotiable characteristic for me in any work environment. I would always want an environment were honesty is prioritise as its the best way to buit trust and long term healthy working relationship.
- Respect:- Each individual is different some are good at a particular job and other are good at a different job. It is therefore important for me in a work environment to have a group of people who have respect for each other. As respect is the most basic way of gaining credibility in a work place among your peers.
- Accountability:- Another important quality in a work setting I feel is important is accountability as it is important that people are accountable for their work and make sure are doing their bit so that everyone is driving the same direction and overall goals are met. Wothout accountability I feel things can fall apart very quickly and can result in huge problems for the organisation in general.
